This policy explains what data InHouse Manifesto collects, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, and password (stored only as a secure hash). Content: the workspaces, manifestos, and sections you create. Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. Input session responses

When your team collects input through a shared link, responses are stored against the relevant prompt. We do not store respondents’ IP addresses, and anonymous responses are not linked to an identity. Only members of the owning workspace can view collected responses.

3. How we use data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process payments, and communicate important account or service information. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Processors we use

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the Service — for example hosting, our database, a payment processor, and an email provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Deleting your account removes your personal data and unpublishes your content, subject to limited retention required by law. To make a request, email us.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is legally required.
