Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of InHouse Manifesto (the “Service”), operated by InHouse. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when you sign up.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; and no use of the Service to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the manifestos, sections, and other content you create. By publishing a manifesto publicly or to the gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect you.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; published content may be removed.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InHouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
